Powers:   Come in Bruce.  What a plesant surprise.   How've you been holding up?
Bruce:     With a cane.

Bruce:     In case you're worried, I didn't come here to set up shop again.
Powers:   Why Bruce, you've misread me.  I don't worry.

Terry:      So, did you beat it out of him?

Inque:     That does not make me happy.
Powers:   Don't worry about Wayne.  That little performance was just to remind me he's still
               breathing.  And barely I might add.
Inque:     He knows too much.
Powers:   He's just fishing.  I'll send him an extra basket of oranges this Christmas and he'll
               be happy.

Dana:      Mr Wayne?  Sure got you on a short leash, doesn't he.
Terry:      He needs me.  Sorry.
Dana:      It isn't normal.
Terry:      You have no idea.

Batman:  Is there any time of day I get to have a social life?
Bruce:     Not in this business.

Terry:      Look, you may be used to dealing with freaks and monsters, but I'm a little new
               at this.  I don't even know what half this stuff is.

Bruce:     You scratch it, no allowance.

Inque:     What's happening to you?
Powers:   I have a . . . condition.  I trust you'll be discreet.

Powers:   I'll pay you whatever you want.
Inque:     No wonder I like working for you.

Powers:   I suggest you leave.  It's not healthy to be around when I'm shedding.

Batman:  What kept you?
Bruce:     Sudden case of shyness.

Batman:  That's it, you're showing me everything.

Gordon:  I hear you wrangled yourself a new errand boy.
Bruce:     I never wrangled anyone.  You all came to me.
Gordon:  Maybe for once you should try to talk someone out of it.
