Flat out my favorite cel of Miaka ever. Miaka, trapped in an alley by a bunch of thugs, suddenly realizes that whatever she does in the world of the book won't go on her permanent record. She then proceeds to kick some ass, but still needs Tamahome to rescue her in the end. One of the scenes that made me fall in love with the show, and an absolutely stunning cel. From Anime Shop Vi. Nuriko Episode 33 B9 Cel Standard Size Matching Douga

One of my earliest purchases, this cel is still tied for my most expensive cel, and remains my favorite. It's from THE episode, as he is dodging a blow from Ashitare. Gorgeous eyes, you can see his lil' beauty mark. He's so fierce-looking, and is even showing a little tiny fang. Other than not being perfectly centered, I don't think I could ask for a better Nuriko cel. And now, a moment of silence. NFS

Tamahome Episode 47 B12 Key Cel Standard Size Matching Douga Non-Matching BG

The second cel I've bought from this sequence ^^;; Tamahome poses for a moment to look uber-bishounen in his new black and red threads. This has to be one of my favorite anime outfits ever, perhaps only surpassed by Vash. Another great find on eBay. NFS

Tamahome Episode 52 A3 Key Cel Standard Size Matching Douga Non-Matching BG

One of the oldest cels still in my collection. I bought this cel because it was Tamahome and really affordable. I'd seen several cels from this sequence, but this is the only one I really liked, even if his symbol can't be seen very clearly. Goes perfectly with the Nakago cel below. NFS

Nakago Episode 52 A2 Key Cel Standard Size Partial Douga Non-Matching BG

This cel is from about thirty seconds after the one above, and they look great together in my celbook. Nakago has just blocked a return blast from Tamahome and is being his usual cocky self about it. Despite the closed eyes and raised arm, that killer smirk and symbol of seriyuu make this an awesome cel, in my opinion. Purchased from a private collector. NFS

This was one of the first cels I purchased and I was very glad to find it. I love the emotion in it. This is right as Tamahome has faded away and the tears are just about to fall from her eyes. Very nice detail... such a sad scene ;_; Purchased from Anime Shop Vi. NFS
